Account Eligibility

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and u338 ("Platform", "us"). By accessing, registering or using any part of the u338 platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use u338's services. The u338 platform operates under international licensing and is subject to the laws of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

2. Registration Eligibility and Age Requirement
Important u338's services are restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above only. Registration by individuals below this age limit is prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Management and Security

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Methods
u338 offers several payment methods suited to Malaysian players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except cryptocurrency transactions which are subject to the current exchange rate.
Deposit The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM30, regardless of the payment method chosen. Deposits are typically credited immediately after transaction confirmation.

5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
Welcome Bonus u338 offers a welcome bonus of 150% on the first deposit up to RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount received before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
As a concrete example: if you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is RM150 × 15 = RM2,250. For a deposit of RM600, the maximum bonus is RM300, giving a balance of RM900, and the wagering requirement is RM300 × 15 = RM4,500.
- Each player is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only.
- Bonuses may not be used for cryptocurrency conversion or transfers between accounts.
- u338 reserves the right to cancel bonuses claimed in a manner that violates the promotion terms.
- Other promotions are available from time to time and each has its own terms stated separately.
- u338 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion without prior notice.
6. Fair Play and Platform Integrity

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities, which are considered serious violations of platform integrity:

9. Account Termination and Restrictions
u338 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate any player's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or legal and regulatory requirements that necessitate such action.
When an account is terminated due to a breach by the player:
- All bonuses and bonus funds that have not met their requirements will be forfeited.
- Legitimate deposit funds may still be reclaimed, subject to a thorough investigation.
- Players whose accounts are terminated due to fraud are not eligible to re-register.
Players who wish to close their own account for personal reasons may do so by contacting our customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal following standard procedures.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
